1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears or fresh broccoli
2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese
4 oz. can of mushrooms
1 cup shredded cheddar or colby jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli about 5 minutes. Drain and place in bottom of 8x8 baking dish. Sprinkle liberally with parmesan cheese. Put chicken on top of broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise and mushrooms. Spread over chicken. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese browns and bubbles.
