Ingredients:  
1 large package frozen broccoli florets
1 can cream of celery soup
2 eggs
4 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 cup ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and drain
Combine all ingredients except crackers and butter
Pour into 9"x13" buttered sprayed pan
Combine crackers and melted butter
Sprinkle crackers on top of casserole
Cook approximately 30 minutes 350 (til it is brown and bubbly)
