1 - 14-3/4 oz. can salmon
3 tbls. butter
3 tbls. all purpose flour
2 tbls. chopped onion
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
6 slices toasted bread or 6 biscuits (hot)

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan melt butter over medium heat, stir in flour til smooth. Add onion. Slowly add milk and bring to a boil. Cook stirring constantly for 2 minutes until thickened. Stir in can of salmon (bones and skin removed). Add salt and pepper and reduce heat - Cook 10-12 minutes til heated through.
