Ham slices
1/2 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
In an iron skillet put enough oil to cover bottom of pan. Place ham slices in and fry over medium heat until tender. Remove from skillet. Very carefully add water to drippings (about 1 cup) and let boil for 1 to 2 minutes. Bingo! You have Red Eye Gravy!
