1 - 1 1/2 lbs - ground meat
1 - 2 pks of Taco Seasoning
1 - 2 cups of water
1 can Rotel (sliced)
1 - 1 1/2 cups raw rice
1 pk of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat in pot on medium heat; drain the grease; Add taco seasoning mix; can of rotel, raw rice and water. Mix well. Cover and cook on low-medium heat until rice is tender; when done pour into a casserole dish and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and serve.
