1 c. unsalted butter, softened
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. key lime juice
3 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. key lime curd
1 c. confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time. Add lime juice and mix well. In a seperate bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the flour mixture to butter mixture until incorporated. Dough should be stiff but not dry. Shape into 1 inch balls and press thumb into center to make an indentation. Fill indentation with 1 tablespoon of key lime curd. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
