1/2 c vegetable oil
1 c sugar
2 eggs beaten
3 bananas, mashed to a pul;
2 c sifted flour
1 t soda
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
3 T milk
1/2 t vanilla
1/2 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil and sugar together. Add eggs and bananas and beat well. Sift slour, soda, baking powder and salt. Add to first mixture with milk and vanilla. Beat well and stir in nuts. Bake in a 9x5x3 loaf pan OR 2 ice cube trays lined with waxed paper in 350 oven about 1 hour for loaf or 30 minutes for ice cube trays. Cool well and store airtight.
