2 lbs. lump crab meat.
1 tsp. dry mustard.
1 tsp salt.
1/2 tsp. white pepper.
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce.
3/4 c. mayonnaise.
Capers, 1 or 2 tbsp.
Pimentoes- chopped for color & flavor.

Combine ingredients, toss lightly - don't break up lumps of crab meat. Generously fill 8 crab shells which have been sprayed with Pam. Brush tops lightly with extra mayonnaise. Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes or until brown. Top with paprika and 1 spoonful white wine. Serve at once.
