3/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
3 T. milk
1 T. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Combine peanut butter, Crisco©, brown sugar, milk and vanilla and beat until well blended and fluffy. Add egg. Beat until just blended. Combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Add to creamed shortening mixture until just blended.Drop 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly and bake for 7-8 minutes. Cool 2 minutes on sheets and remove.
