2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
Mix in saucepan and bring to boil:
2 sticks oleo
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
Pour over sugar and flour mixture and stir well.
Add:
1/2 c. buttermilk.
2 eggs, beaten.
1 tsp. soda.
1 tsp vanilla.
Mix well, pour into greased 11 x 16 x 1/2 inch cookie sheet. Bake 15- 20 minutes at 400.

Beginning 5 minutes before cake is done, melt and bring to boil: 1 stick oleo. 4 tbsp. cocoa and 6 tbsp. milk. Remove from heat, add one box powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and one cup chopped nuts. Beat and spread on cake while hot.
