3 C. Sweet Potatoes, cooked/mashed Topping:
1/2 C. White Sugar 1 C. Brown Sugar
2 Eggs, beaten 2/3 C. Flour
1/4 C. Oleo or Butter 1 C. Chopped Pecans
1/4 tsp. Salt 1/2 C. Melted Oleo or Butter
1/3 C. Milk
11/2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl mix sweet potatoes (while still hot) with the next 6 ingredients. Pour this mixture in a greased 8"X10" baking dish. Mix topping ingredients, brown sugar, flour & nuts together, then pour melted oleo over this mixture. This will be kind of doughy. Crumble this mixture on top of the sweet potato mixture and bake at 350 for 35 min.
