60 Ritz Crackers, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. melted butter, 14 oz. can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk, 16 oz. container Cool Whip, 15 oz. can crushed pineapple, with juice, 2 pkg. unflavored gelatin.

Directions:
Directions:
Crush crackers. Mix with 1 c. sugar & melted butter. Reserve 1 c. for topping. Pat into a 9 X 13" pan.
Combine condensed milk, cool whip, pineapple & gelatin in large bowl & mix well. Pour over crust. Top with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate several hours.
