1 T. butter
1 T. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. cream
3/4 t. salt
1/4 t. ground pepper
3/4 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 T. butter in medium saucepan. Add 1 T. flour. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minutes. Whisk in 1 c. milk, 1 c. cream, 3/4 t. salt and 1/4 t. ground pepper. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Do not boil. Serve with cooked drained noodles of choice.

I like this recipie BETTER than the regular one! It is not as oily and to me, tasted better. But I put both on, so see for yourself!
