1 lb. grated Jack cheese
1 pint cottage cheese
1 4 oz. can diced green chilies
10 eggs
1/2 Tbls. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cube margarine


Directions:
Directions:
Toss the Jack cheese and flour together.
Beat eggs. Add all other ingredients, except margarine. Melt margarine in a 9x13 pan. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. then reduce heat to 350 for 30 minutes.
