1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla

1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda

6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
beat together the 1 cup sugar, oil, vanilla, 1 egg, beaten, vinegar, and water.
Add: flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, cocoa and baking soda.

Mix and fill muffin tins 1/3 full.
In a bowl mix together the softened cream cheese, 1/8 tsp. salt, chocolate chips, 1 egg, 1/3 cup sugar, and coconut.

Spoon onto batter in tins. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
