4 squares unsweetened choc.
1 cup butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup flour
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts

4 tsp. butter
1-1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
2 Tbs. milk
green or pink food coloring
2 cups powdered sugar

6 Tbs. butter
6 oz. chocolate chips

Oven: 350 degrees

Melt chocolate and margarine over low heat. Add all other ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 8-1/2 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 35 minutes exactly. Cool, then frost and glaze.

Melt butter in milk. Add to powdered sugar. Add flavoring and coloring. Beat until smooth, then frost the brownies immediately and fast (frosting hardens). Let cool, then drizzle with glaze.

Melt butter and chocolate chips together; drizzle immediately and fast while still hot over frosted brownies. Cool.
