1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 cup rice
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the above ingredients together thoroughly and form into balls. Place in baking dish. Pour 1 can tomato soup over meatballs and cover and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350
