2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 3/4 c. shortening 5 tbsp. ice cold water
Cut shortening into flour and salt with a pastry blender. Add ice water and blend until the mixture becomes dough. Divide into two equal balls. Roll one at a time between sheets of waxed paper. Prepare for pie.
