1 c crab (or imitation crab)
8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c green onions, finely chopped
pinch MSG (I use seasoned salt)
won ton skins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients together. Place about 1 T of mixture on won ton skin. With moistened fingers, fold diagonally into a triangle, and tuck in sides. Fry in hot vegetable oil until golden and crispy. Serve with plum sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
