1 pkg (10 Oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 container (16oz) Sour Cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 pkg Krorr vegetable soup mix (dry)
1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill 2 hours to blend flavors.
2. Stir before serving. Serve with your favorite dippers. Yogurt Spinach Dip: Substitute container (16 oz) plain lowfat yogurt for sour cream. Spinach and Cheese dip: Stir in 2 cups (8 oz)shredded swiss cheese with spinach
