3/4 C. Flour unbleached 1 20 oz. can Freestone Peaches sliced
1 tsp. Baking Powder (home canned best) reserve juice
1/4 tsp. Salt 1 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
3 1/4 oz. Vanilla Pudding Mix 1/2 C. Sugar
(dry) cook not instant 3 T. reserved Juice
3 T. soften Butter/Margarine 1/2 C. Milk
1 Egg 1 T. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

Combine first seven ingredients in a large bowl and beat 2 min. at medium speed. Pour into greased 10" deep pie pan. Place well drained peach slices carefully on top of this batter. Combine cream cheese, sugar and 3 T. juice in a small mixing bowl and beat 2 min. at medium speed. Spoon this mixture over peaches to within 1 inch of edge of batter. Combine 1T. sugar & 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Bake at 325
for 35 min. until crust is golden brown. Cool in refrigerator before serving. Store leftovers (if any)
in the refrigerator.

This is really easy to fix and tastes so good. This recipe came out of a bag of Pillsbury Best Flour many many years ago.
