2 C. Flour 1 1/2 C. Sugar
2 tsp. Sugar 1/2 C. Milk
1 C. Butter 3 Egg Yolks beaten
1 pkg. 20 oz. Rhubarb 1 orange, juice of
2 T. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, flour, & sugar together, pat out in 9"X13" oblong pan to form the crust. Bake 15-20 min. at 375 until golden brown.
Place sugar, flour, rhubarb, milk and orange juice in a heavy pan. Cook until rhubarb is done and mixture is thick. Remove from stove, add egg yolks & return to heat. Pour slightly cooled mixture on top of the crust. Top with meringue made from 3 well beaten egg whites & 6 tsp. sugar. Bake at 350 12-15 min. or until meringue in golden brown.
