8 medium potatoes chopped
1 large can chicken broth
1 small onion chopped
2/3 cup celery chopped
1 pint heavy cream
chopped green onions
Bacon, crispy cooked
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In large pan boil the chicken broth, potatoes, onion and celery until potatoes are soft.

Remove from heat and slightly mash potatoes leaving chunks. Add cream and simmer about 5 minutes. Let stand about 20 minutes before serving.

Serve garnished with chopped green onions and bacon.
