1/2 C. Olive Oil 2 tsp. Minced fresh Rosemary
3 tsp. Minced Thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried Rosemary crushed)
(or 1 tsp. dried thyme) 1 tsp. Seasoned Salt
2 tsp. Minced Garlic 1 tsp. Coarsely Ground Pepper
2 tsp. Dried Minced Onion 2 Pork Tenderloins (1 lb each)
1 lb sml. Red Potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Place pork in a large shallow baking pan. Drizzle with 3/4 of the herb mixture: place potatoes around the pork, bake uncovered at 375 for 40-45 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160. Let pork stand for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
