Pkg lime Jello
8 oz can crushed pineapple ( drained)
Minature marshmallows
Shredded yellow cheese
1 cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Add enough water to pineapple juice to dissolve jello. When slightly set. Add pineapple. Refrigerate till firm, but not fully set. cover with marshmellows. Spread whipped cream over marshmellows and top with yellow cheese

For larger group use 3 pkg jello and 2 large cans pineapple.
Makes a pretty dish. I usually use dream whip instead of whipping cream. Either works....
