Ingredients:  
1 c cold tea
1 pound raisins
1 c brown sugar
1 pound self rising flour
1 t mixed spice
1 t nutmeg
1 grated apple
1/2 t salt
2 eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Pour tea into mixing bowl: leaven over night with brown sugar. Next day, add remainder of ingredients, mix well. and turn into a greased loaf tin. Bake in a 375 oven 5- - 60 minutes. Do not cut until cold. Serve buttered.
