1 pound of chop meat
a fist full of matzoh meal
1 egg
salt & pepper
Accent - flavoring
6 pieces of white bread cut into triangles

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, mix the pound of chop meat, matzoh meal, egg, salt, pepper and accent flavoring together. Mix well. On a baking sheet place the cut pieces of white bread. Onto the white bread add a heathly forkful of the meat mixture. Place baking sheet into the oven on broil for 8-10 minutes.
