1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies, Williams brand or best choice,
2 lbs. ground beef ,
12 finely brushed crackers,
1/4 c. chopped onion,
1/4 c. parsley flakes,
1/4 or 1/2 c. celery chopped fine,
2 eggs beaten,
1 tbsp. dry mustard,
1 tbsp. worchestershire sauce,

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and shape into a loaf. Spray pan with cooking spray. Cover loaf with ketchup and bake at 375 1 1/4 hours.
