1 c. raisins,
3/4 c. sugar,
2 rounded tbsp. flour,
pats of butter,
2 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Cook raisins until tender (mix sugar & flour) together or it will lump on you. Mix & cook until a little thick.Pour into pie crust,drop some butter on top, then top with second crust. Cook at 425 for 10 min. then then 350 until brown.

I have found the best crust is in a box from Betty Crocker pie crust mix. You just add 1/3 c. cold water & mix & roll out. Happy Eating! C.R.B.
