1 cube margarine
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
peanut butter
chocolate chips

Cream butter, sugars and eggs. Then add flour, soda, baking powder and rolled oats. Spread in pan bake at 350 about 15 minutes. Microwave peanut butter and chocolate chips together. Drizzle or spread on top of cooked bars.
