Ingredients:  
1 large roasting chicken
1 garlic clove
1 bunch of fresh thyme
2 oranges
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp honey

Directions:
Directions:
Rub garlic over chicken. Put garlic clove in cavity of chicken. Rub thyme over bird. Squeeze juice of 1 orange over chicken. Place orange halves inside chicken. Slice 1.2 oragne in thin slices and put underneath chicken.
Roast in oven at 400F for 30 minutes and then mix honey in roasting pan and baste chicken.
Roast for an additional 1 hour.
