2 cups fresh pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Rince pumpkin seeds until pulp and strings are washed clean.

Spread seeds on a waxed paper lined 15 X10X 1 inch baking dish. Let stand for 24 to 48 hours or until dry. stirring occassionally.

In medium bowl combine pumpkin seeds, oil and salt. Remove the waxed paper from pan, return seed to pan. Bake uncovered in 325 30 to 35 minutes ir until toasted and crisp, stirring 2 times.

Cool on paper towels
