1/2 c. instant potato flakes
1/4 tsp. each dried oregano & Sante Fe seasoning blend (like McCormick)
6-6 oz. sea bass fillets

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Combine first 3 ingredients.
Coat fillets with cooking spray.
Lay fish fillets on a greased broiler pan.
Press seasoned potatoes on top of each one. Roast 15 minutes or until potatoes begin to brown and fish is tender and flaky.
