Ingredients:
Ingredients:
40 Italian Lady Fingers
1 lb. mascarpone cheese @ room temp
1/2 lb. ricotta cheese
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup 10x sugar
strong coffee (save the coffee from the day before)
raspberries and strawberries
chopped walnuts
1 hershey bar, melted
heavy cream, whipped (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Line a large loaf pan with plastic wrap, covering the pan in both directions letting the excess wrap overhang
Mix the mascarpone, ricotta, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Don't over mix. Set aside
Dip the lady fingers one at a time in the coffee and place a layer in the loaf pan. Top with a layer of the cream mixture. Repeat this--ending with a layer of the lady fingers. Wrap the excess plastic wrap around the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Overnite works best
Invert the Tiramisu' onto a serving platter. Garnish with the fruit and drizzle with melted chocolate. Sprinkle some of the nuts on top. Serve with a good amount of heavy cream.
**Don't soak the lady fingers in the coffee -- just a quick dip is all they need.

Personal Notes:
This is my favorite dessert of all time. The flavors work so well together, and I have never served this without a standing ovation. Make this at home, then order it for dessert at your favorite restaurant. Whose is better?
