2 c. pineapple juice, 2 c. golden raisins, 1 1/8 c. brown sugar, 5 eggs, 1/2 c. honey, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 2 c. flour, 4 c. whole bran cereal, 2 t. soda, 1 t. salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat pineapple juice to lukewarm & add raisins. Set aside. Beat together on low speed, brown sugar, eggs, oil & honey. Mix in dry ingredients. Add pineapple juice & raisins, mixing well. Batter will be thin. Cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate for 2 1/2 or 3 hours to allow bran to expand. Stir & fill muffin pans 3/4 full. Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes.
