1 cup coconut flakes
5 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup x-tra light olive oil
2/3 cup sunflower seeds
2/3 cup honey
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 T. vanilla
2/3 cup sliced or chopped
almonds
1/2 tsp. cloves
2/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine olive oil, honey, vanilla and spices in pan and heat on low stirring occasionally - DO NOT BOIL . Combine all other ingredients in lg. mixing bowl. Pour hot mixture over dry ingredients, mix well. Spread this out on two oiled cookie tins. Bake at 350 approximately 20 minutes, stirring once or twice during baking. Allow to cool before storing in tight containers or zip lock bags. Freezes well. Add your favorite dried or fresh fruit.
