6 oz cooked spaghetti (about 3 cups) 2 Tbs margarine
2 eggs (beaten) 1 c cottage cheese
1 lb ground beef – cook and drain ¼ c chopped green pepper 1 - 8oz chopped tomatoes 1- 6oz can tomato paste 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp oregano ½ tsp garlic salt 1 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Combine spaghetti and margarine, forming spaghetti into a crust in a buttered 10" pie pan. Stir together eggs and cottage cheese, pour over spaghetti crust. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over chhese mixture. Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
