2 lbs. cooked, sliced yellow squash, 2 carrots - shredded,
2 onions - chopped,
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
8 oz. sour cream,
8 oz. dry stuffing mix (not cubed),
1 stick (or 1/2 cup) melted margarine or
butter

Directions:

Directions: Mix carrots, onions, soup and sour cream,
then fold in squash. In separate bowl, combine dry stuffing mix and margarine. Spread 1/2 of stuffing mixture in bottom of large casserole dish.
Fill dish with squash mixture, then top with remaining 1/2 of stuffing mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
