2 c all purpose flour
1 c butter (creamed)
1 8 oz cream cheese
crushed pecans

Filling
1 c light brown sugar
6 eggs (beaten)
stick butter (melted)
1 teaspoon vanilla
dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pecan Tarts
2 c all purpose flour
1 c butter (creamed)
1 8 oz cream cheese
Mix well. Shape into balls. Grease muffin tins. Press into muffin tins like pie crust. Put one spoon crushed pecans in each.

Filling:
1 c light brown sugar
6 eggs (beaten)
stick butter (melted)
1 teaspoon vanilla
dash salt
mix together

Bake 350 degrees 15 minutes then reduce to 250 degrees for 10 minutes
