1 lb bacon, cooked crisped, chopped
1/2 onion
~ 3 T. Olive Oil
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 t. sugar
pepper to taste
8 - 10 oz GF penne pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in olive oil over medium heat. Add in garlic, tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer and add in wine and sugar.

In seperate pan cook pasta until al dente. Add drained pasta to sauce and coat throughly.
