1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking pwd.
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
1 egg

Streusel Topping: 2/3 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 6 tbsp. butter

Directions:

Blend shortening into dry ingredients. Add milk and egg. Mix well. Grease an 8x8" baking dish. Pour half the batter in pan. Sprinkle with streusel topping. Add remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining topping. Bake @ 350 for 20-30 minutes.
