2 tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. warm water

2 c. warm water
1/2 c. oil

2 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt
2 eggs
5-6 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast, sugar and warm water. Add additional water and oil to yeast mixture. Add 2 c. flour, salt and eggs. Mix well and let rest for a few minutes, then add the rest of the flour and mix until dough is not sticky. Let raise for about an hour. Grease a large cookie sheet. Form into small balls and place on sheet with 5 across and 7 down. Raise. Bake @ 375 for 20 min. or until golden brown.
