1 stick of butter (1/4 lb.) 2 cups minute rice 1 cup of orzos 5 cups chicken broth 2 ½ tsp. salt 1 large can of chicken meat
Melt butter in bottom of pan, add orzos and brown them. Add salt to chicken broth & heat. When boiling, add rice and canned chicken meat. Remove from heat and let sit for 2-3 hours. The more time allowed to set, the better the flavor.
