1 lb Ground Meat
1 lb Breakfast Sausage
2 medium onions
1 bell pepper
1 stalk celery
1 cup raw rice
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 head cabbage - cut
1/4 cup water

Cheese Sauce:
8 slices cheese
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 block of butter
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat, breakfast sauage and seasonings; Add cut cabbage and water and cook down about 5 minutes; Add rotel and raw rice and cook down about 5 more minutes; Add cheese sauce and bake at 400 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.

Fix the cheese sauce of above ingredients in separate pot.
