2 or 3 medium potatoes
2 medium or 1 large onion
Cold water
2 lbs. ground beef
3 cans El Paso Enchilada Sauce (mild)
2 T chili powder
3 cans beans
Parmisan cheese
Sour Cream
Green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Either grate or put the onion and potatoes in a food processor. Add cold water and boil until mushy. Add ground beef and cook until done. Add enchilada, chili powder, and salt. Add 3 cans of beans. Serve with parmisan, sour cream, and/or green onions.
