4 oz. Bourbon
1/2 c. Balsamic Vinegar
1 1/2 c. Salad Oil (not olive oil)
2 T. Shallots (chopped)
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. honey
Field Greens
1 Fresh Peach (sliced thin)
1/4 c. Red Onion
Toasted Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Bourbon until it reduces by half. Let it cool. In a Blender
emulsify bourbon, balsamic vinegar, salad oil, shallots, egg yolks
and honey. Serve over Field Greens along with peach slices,
red onion and toasted pecans.
