1/2 c. Butter
3/4 c. Sugar
1 1/2 T. Orange Zest
2 Eggs
1/2 c. Sour Cream
1/4 c. Orange Juice
1 1/2 c. Flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Icing -
1 pkg (8oz.) Cream Cheese
1/2 c. Sugar
1 T. Orange Extract
Chopped Mandarin Oranges (optional) - drained well

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar (add slowly) and orange zest. Add eggs.
Beat on low speed sour cream and OJ. Add flour, baking
powder, salt and baking soda. Pour into a buttered and wax
papered 8" square pan. Bake 350 for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool 10
minutes and invert. Dust with powdered sugar or icing.
