16 oz. Ricotta Cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese (or a combination of Parmesan with
Romano or Mozzarella)
salt and pepper
1T. Parsley
Lasagna Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Ricotta Cheese, egg, Parmesan Cheese, salt, pepper and
Parsley for the filling. Boil Lasagna Noodles, rinse and pat dry.
Spread on filling and roll. Pour sauce over roll-ups. Bake at
350 for 30 to 40 minutes.
