one roll of sugar cookie dough

8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz cool whip

a variety of fruit,,, grapes, peaches, nectarines, pineapple, strawberries, blue berries, apples,bananas. etc. cut or slice fruit

topping
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons corn starch

pat sugar cookie recipe in a large, buttered round pizza pan bake in 350 oven 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly brown set aside to cool...
mix filling,, combine cream cheese , powdered sugar and cool whip spread over COOL sugar cookie crust
arrange fruit beginning in the center until all the filling is covered..

sauce for the top
cook
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice and
2 tbls corn starch, until glossy
cool slightly, pour over the arranged fruit until covered... chill very good.บบบบบบบ
