1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans of chopped tomatoes
2 c. water
1 can kidney beans
1 tsp. salt
1 T. chili powder
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 c. cabbage, sliced into bite size pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef in skillet and drain. Combine all ingredients except cabbage in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on low 3 hours. Add cabbage. Cook for 30 - 60 minutes longer. Can also be made quicker on the stove top. I often add a bit more chili powder.
